Who We Are

What started as a small family tradition has grown into something we’re proud to share with the world. For years, we’ve poured our passion for Lebanese Baladi olive oil into every bottle — selling at local farmers’ markets and restaurants while staying true to our roots.

“Baladi” means native or local in Arabic — and that’s exactly what our olives are. An ancient Lebanese variety, known for their rich, robust flavor and balanced bitterness, they offer a true taste of the Lebanese countryside. Because they’re not mass-produced or hybridized, every harvest is slightly unique, capturing the soil, sun, and season it came from.

Today, we’re bringing that same authenticity beyond our community — still family-owned, still rooted in tradition, and proud to share the true flavor of our homeland with you.

Why You’ll Love Our Olive Oil

A scenic view of a lush, green hillside with trees, overlooking a body of water with distant islands and mountains.

Our Baladi olives are grown in the heart of Lebanon, where olive trees have flourished for centuries.

Handpicked and cold-pressed by local farmers, each bottle carries the heritage, flavor, and care of generations who know the land best.

Pure. Honest. Rooted in Tradition.

Just because olive oil is a pantry staple doesn’t mean it has to be ordinary.
